Exciting news in the Laser Tag Industry
Adventures Sports HQ has been bought out by Elite Laser Tag Equipment. Even though Founder, Derek Petit will no longer be at the helm, we are pleased that he will be acting as a consultant for Elite. We are also happy that Nikki has agreed to continue in her role as Sales Manager. Edward and I both value and respect the contribution to the industry that both Derek and Nikki have made over the years.
For the past seven years Edward and I have sold Adventure Sports HQ’s Laser Tag Equipment and have also operated a successful Mobile Laser Tag
Business, using ASHQ’s gear in our local market in NC.
Over the last ten years we have grown to be the largest Mobile Video Game
Trailer Manufacturer with over 200 units sold worldwide. We have a
reputation for taking care of our customers and plan to continue that
policy with Elite.
Our goal is to continue to offer the same awesome quality Laser Tag
Equipment that ASHQ is known for globally. At Elite Laser Tag Equipment, we
plan to implement inventory and management strategies that will enable our
Company to meet and exceed projected build times, streamline any back
orders, uphold warranties and offer timely repair services. We also are
fully committed to communicating with our field operators in a timely
manner and providing excellent customer service.

Updated Training Manuals are in the works. We also plan to make New Operations, Troubleshooting and Repair Videos that will be available to all
Elite Laser Tag Equipment will be honoring all Warranties, please provide order date and invoice when putting in a warranty claim. Elite Laser Tag
Equipment’s Warranty going forward will be a 5-year on the Tagger, 30 days
on the Battery, Charger and Scope.

Matt Mills is staying as our Operations Manager. Josh Wims has stayed on to be our Training Manager in charge of Parts, Technical Support, Troubleshooting and Training. Edward Gainer and I will head up the Logistics and Customer Relations side of the business.
Edward and I are hands on Owner/Operators and are committed to answering any email by end of business during normal operating hours.
